Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of digital applications, APIs, and integration solutions.

· Support front-end and back-end development using modern frameworks and tools.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives and projects.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and release notes.

· Follow coding standards, version control practices, and security guidelines.

· Contribute ideas for process improvement and system optimization.

· Provide first-level support for existing digital applications and APIs.

· Monitor system performance and assist in resolving incidents and bugs.

· Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for production issue resolution.

· Maintain logs of reported issues and track progress until closure.

· Assist in periodic testing, deployments, and routine maintenance activities.

Skills:

. Basic understanding of Python, Django, Java, or .NET (C#) frameworks.

. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

. Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).

. Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) concepts.

. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn quickly.
