Job Summery:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university is required. A postgraduate degree or MBA will be preferred.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager for Direct Liability Sales at MCB Islamic Bank Ltd.
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for team management, communication, sales, lead generation, and training activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible to manage a team of ~30 Business Development Officers directly assigned to increase the Bank’s NTB account run rate
Responsible for consistent addition in current and saving account (CASA) deposits.
To manage and achieve periodic business targets allocated as per To ensure compliance with the relevant Shari’ah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct, and other respective policies.
