Job Description:  

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the hotel’s revenue from room bookings, restaurant services, banquet and other events.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.

Collaborate with the ‘Hotel Manager’ and the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and special offers.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualification:

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is required.

Experience:

6 (six) years of experience in the Sales department of a renowned organisation(s) in the hospitality industry, including some experience in a managerial role.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.
