Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
Source and procure Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) such as banners, danglers, wobblers, stands, and signage. Manage procurement of activation items, including branded tents, kiosks, uniforms, T-shirts, caps, and other promotional materials. Source gifting items for trade promotions, BTL (Below-the-Line) activities, and marketing events. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in alignment with brand quality standards and cost-efficiency goals. Collaborate with Brand Managers and Trade Marketing teams to gather campaign-specific procurement requirements. Inspect samples and provide feedback to vendors before final production. Track and manage production schedules, delivery timelines, and distribution plans for all marketing campaigns. Coordinate logistics with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, including competitive bidding processes and proper procurement documentation.
Key Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of POSM, promotional items, printing processes, and supplier networks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong communication, vendor negotiation, and time management skills.
