Job Description:  

Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent discipline from LUMS, LSE, PU, GCU, FCCU, or FAST University only. Certifications: HRIS/SAP Certification, HR Operations & Payroll Certification.

Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Shared Services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Hands-on experience with HRIS/SAP is essential.
