Enterprise IT infrastructure and networks.

Airline systems such as DCS/PSS.

End-user support and IT service management (ITSM).

In-depth knowledge of IT security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver under pressure.

Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS SAA-C03.

Familiarity with aviation-specific compliance (e.g., IATA standards, CAA/FAA/ICAO guidelines).

Prior experience in Managerial Capacity.
