Job Description:  

The candidate will be responsible for:

Manage seamless operations of the mechanical workshop, guaranteeing optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Oversee trouble-free maintenance of critical equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, and lotus rollers, to prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

Implementation of health and safety protocols.

Design and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance the competence of workshop staff in maintenance, inspection, and repair techniques.

Candidate must have a Bachelor degree or DAE in Mechanical with minimum 15 years of related experience in the Sugar Industry.
