Job Description:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Job Description:
Oversee and execute all core HR operations such as employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and contract renewals.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS). Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactor and TimeTrax would be added advantage.
Supervise attendance, leave, and time management systems ensuring timely and accurate data processing.
Ensure all HR policies and practices, compliance with labor laws, EOBI, SESSI, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and manage internal and external HR audit documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Mediate and resolve employee issues, escalating where necessary to the Head Office HR.
Promote and maintain a healthy and positive work culture at the branch.
Talent availability and acquisition to support continuous Store Operations
Support implementation of performance management systems and employee evaluations.
Ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the branch.
Prepare periodic reports on workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, leave trends, and disciplinary actions.
Identify trends and insights to support strategic HR decisions.
