Lead organizational structuring and job profiling.

Oversee LMS planning, development, and execution.

Design and drive training programs based on business needs.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content development and delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organizational structuring, and content creation.

Strong expertise in Mercer Job Evaluation Framework and LMS/Moodle.

Experience in talent management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
