Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of active directory, office 365, MS exchange server, DHCP, DNS, corporate antivirus solution, backup solution, virtualization (Hyper-V\VMWare), and vulnerability assessment.

Other Skills: Ability to solve complex hardware, network and system issues and user support queries. Updating of network equipment to the latest firmware releases and extensive experience in delivery of IT incident and problem management.
