Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and market share with key national accounts.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure consistent support and satisfaction.
· Coordinate day-to-day account operations, including order processing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
· Support in implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and presenting insights to the management.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless service delivery and execution of promotional activities.
· Identify opportunities for incremental sales and assist in executing initiatives to drive growth within key accounts.
· Keep updated on competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable feedback for strategic planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of direct experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
· Core understanding of IMT and modern trade channels, with familiarity of Direct/LMT and E-commerce accounts
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
· Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
· Willingness to travel as per business requirement.
