Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in the hotel.

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, and walls.

Collect and transport dirty dishes, sort and store clean dishes, glassware, and silverware in designated areas.

Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas.

Collect, dispose-off and/or recycle garbage.

Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies.

Qualification:

A degree, diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field will be preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a renowned organization in the hospitality industry.
