Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems, Office 365 applications, and printers.

Ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction across all IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science/Information Technology

Any IT Certification (preferred)

02+ years of experience in System/Network Support

Ability to configure new Cisco wireless APs for newer side deployment

Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and monitor DSS IP/CCTV cameras
