Monitor and inspect the production processes of cereal and pasta products at various stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Ensure that food handling, storage, and transportation practices meet hygiene and safety standards.

Document deviations, corrective actions, and improvements made in production processes.

Conduct physical and chemical tests on products to ensure they meet specifications.

Record and analyze test results to identify deviations from product standards.

Maintain detailed records of quality control tests and inspection results until the final release of finished goods.
