Job Description:  

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related field

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure strict adherence to the IT governance standards as per SBP regulations and ABG guidelines 1  

Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products

Execute manual and automated tests to identify, report, and track defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development to ensure the quality of software products.

Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results

Communicate test results, defects and other relevant information to stakeholders

To any other duties, as required by the bank

Core Competencies:

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.

ISTQB, CSTE or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience with automated testing tools are a plus
