Job Description:  

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

BS Honors/Master’s in Business is preferred from a reputable university.

Strong academic background with no “C” grade throughout the educational career.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in transaction monitoring and AML.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.

Ability to critically evaluate situations, resolve disputes, and manage conflicts.

Proactive and resourceful in suggesting process improvements.

Ability to adapt and align with organizational culture.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

Prioritize, select, and review alerts generated by the Transaction Monitoring System, and acquire required information/documents as per SOPs.

Prepare account analysis, evaluate replies, and review customer KYC/CDD documents from branches. Raise further queries with branches to analyze transaction patterns and ensure consistency with customer profiles.

Highlight unusual transactions to the Senior Manager AML Reporting for further investigation.

Stay updated on the latest AML Act 2010 and AML/CFT Regulations.

 Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager/Department Head – AML/CFT.
