Ensure channel-wise trade marketing plan development (BRD, Shelf rentals, consumer promo, trade engagement programs), implementation and tracking in line with company KPIs.
Coordinating with sales teams for new channel development.
Manage and execute BA, merchandiser program nationally.
Maintain strong coordination with Modern trade and general trade sales team for trade plans, expiry management and tertiary sales.
Managing a range of vendors and agencies for service, BA management, BTL activations and production of Trade Marketing tools.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
