Position: VP/SVP Compliance Risk Advisory
Key Responsibilities:
Identification, assessment and mitigation of Compliance Risks across the bank.
Develop and implement compliance policies, frameworks and procedures.
Provide expert compliance advice to business units and support functions of the bank.
Review product programs/papers, BRDS, Policies, Frameworks, Procedures etc. from regulatory perspective.
Close Liaisoning with Group for periodic reporting and management of routine queries.
Regulatory Trainings to First Line of Defense on changing regulatory and business environment.
Liaisoning with Regulator, Internal & External Auditors.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Minimum Graduation but preferably Masters
Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Regulatory Compliance.
Candidate having practical experience of FATCA and CRS reporting would be preferred.
Good Analytical skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Should have good drafting and communication skills
Workload management and pressure handling
Location: Karachi.
