Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities:

Review all invoices and travel expense vouchers for accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation. Vouch invoices to Purchase Orders.

Place correct account coding on invoices prior to payment and verify proper level of authorization.

Accurately enter all invoices into the Accounts Payable module.

Attached supporting documentation to checks so appropriate signatures may be obtained.

Maintains vendor files for accessibility, accuracy, completeness and compatibility.

Maintain accounts payable records for audit purposes.

Prepare monthly accounts payable accruals.

Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts.
