  • We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen eye for creating engaging and shareable content. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in ideating and executing creative content for our social media platforms, contributing to marketing activities, and helping enhance our brand presence across various digital channels.


Ideate and create engaging content for monthly social media calendars.
Generate innovative ideas for reels, and visual content.
Monitor and engage with the online community with social in-app features.
Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate insights into content strategy.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure social media success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.

Position: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

You will have close interaction with teams in marketing, sales, finance, and product. You will work in a high pace environment that is professional, international and entrepreneurial.

Job Responsibilities:

Access data, constructing and manipulating large datasets to support planned analyses, using SQL, Python and similar tools
Design and develop BI dashboards using Sisense or similar tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio) for various organizational metrics and indicators using best practices and industry standards in finance, sales, inventory, and other areas
Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.
Define KPIs metrics and drive the data governance through standardization and communication
Extract data and share it with stakeholders using Dashboards/Reports or Google Sheets, mentor and review similar reports work of more junior members
Create the documentation and presentation for the management
Develop analysis and reporting capabilities; monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Adapt at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Research and validation of entity data using appropriate internal and external data sources
Validating entity reference data in a central account database
Exception management reconciliation and reporting
Liaising and analysis across projects within the Reference Data environment
Analysis, specification, testing and implementation of interfaces, workflow solutions, and reference data solutions – An example would be regression testing systems ahead of upgrades
Ownership of allocated work throughout its entire life cycle
Develop new models to address business needs, as well as identify and implement improvements to existing solutions; projects are diverse and can take several forms (e.g. simulation, linear/non-linear optimization, prediction, machine learning)
Participate in the design, implementation and interpretation of experiments/trials for continuous refinement of on-going strategies
Be responsible for data quality and timely delivery of reports that make common business sense
Create and maintain documentation for analytics, tools, and processes to ensure effective transition to end user

Prepare and deliver Data Analytics & Reporting trainings to evangelize data across the organization
Be able to work autonomously without supervision on complex projects
Mentor junior team members, review and validate their output


Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field. Masters is a plus
3 – 4 year work experience in analytics, having closely worked with product and commercials in an internet/e-commerce company
Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media
Experience building, implementing and/or maintaining predictive models on very large datasets
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel. Skills in Python, R or similar tools are a big plus
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good attention to detail with hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
