Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor staff, facilitate orientation, and promote professional growth for the EYE resource centre

Develop, design, and assess professional training programs for early years education

Provide guidance and support to SLTs and Teachers, fostering their professional growth and development

Establish and maintain a comprehensive repository of training resources

Identify talent and provide opportunities for staff development and growth

Skills:

Proficiency in teaching pedagogies

Application of leadership theories in both theory and practice & skilled in Academic writing

Expertise in educational methodology, particularly in understanding how children learn

Extensive familiarity with leadership frameworks and their practical applications

A comprehensive grasp of school operations

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating an enriching learning environment
