Job Description:  

Management Trainee/HR Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

Assist with orientations and onboarding activities of new hires

Prepare employment letters, contracts and offer letters

Maintain records of personnel data (payroll, personal information, employee database sheet, turnover rates etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met

Liaise with other departments and/or functions (Finance, IT etc.)

Upload data on PESSI & EOBI online portals

Other HR day to day tasks as required by the supervisor

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA (HR) from recognized University

1— 2 years’ experience of a reputed organization

Must be a computer literate i.e. MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Candidate is required to reside at company residence
