Custodian of the Communication/Helpdesk Northern Regional Office.

Focal person for all of the queries, complaints received at Northern Regional office.

Liaison with entire branches falling under the category of Northern Region (38 Branches in 17 Cities).

Training and Onboarding of PROs (Parent Relation Officers).

Technical Support for the 38 Professionals working remotely in Schools.

Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
