Job Description:  

-Ensure smooth distribution operation and ensure yearly target and profitability achievement.

-Maintain close coordination with Head distribution for distribution/dealer’s development in the region.

-Gather market intelligence regarding product, pricing etc. and develop counter strategy along with Head Distribution for the region.

-Ensure distributor’s primary target achievements and ensuring availability of stocks.

-Consistently evaluate ROI for distributors and ensure profitability for the distributors, devising the plans to improve the profitability.

-Conducting periodic audits and highlighting areas of improvement for distributors.

-Ensure compliance at distributors as per alignment with company’s guidelines.

-Ensure compliance of SOPs for distributor operations.

-Maintain close coordination with logistic partners to ensure smooth nationwide deliveries.

-Ensure strategic facet of distributors’ wellbeing and ensuring a viable business relationship.

-Responsible to generate sales activities by meeting dealers, distributors, electricians on regular basis.

-Maintain close coordination with Head Distribution in developing trade sales and marketing plan for achieving company’s sales and profitability targets in the region.

-Conduct different electrician or retail fairs to promote brand.

-Address the concerns/issues faced by distributors in the region.

-Managing budgets and planning expenditures of region to ensure that costs are kept under control while still achieving business goals

-Analyzing market data to determine the best locations in the region for new distribution centers or stores based on customer demographics and purchasing pattern.

Education & Experience:

08 – 10 years of relevant experience in lighting industry

BBA/MBA or equivalent qualification
