TheCitySchool is looking to fill out the position of HR Coordinator – Payroll & Final Settlement at their regional office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:
Assisting in the processing of Payroll of Regional Office and Schools.
Coordinating with the outstation HR team for payroll.
Contract Renewals of Visiting Staff.
Assisting Schools in all ERP related quarries.
Manage and maintain the company’s ERP system, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and meets the organization’s needs.
Other ERP entries like training, café deductions, and allowances/ arrears.
Manage the salary settlement process end to end.
Maintain files for Exit Interviews and clearance forms of SLT’s and Regional Office staff.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of SFS.
TheCitySchool is looking to fill out the position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition & Development at their Regional Office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with internal departments for talent acquisition and development needs.
Leading the entire recruitment process from job posting, shortlisting candidates and Onboarding. Effective utilization of all recruitment channels and managing company recruitment software.
Assisting in developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
Maintaining a CV pool of candidates to tap for unexpected recruitment needs.
Attract, engage, and hire the best candidates by conducting Campus Drives, Job Fairs.
