Job Description:  

Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all institutional accounts.

Accurately record bank transactions in the financial system (SAP S/4HANA).

Prepare monthly reconciliation summaries and support senior management in financial reviews.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Coordinate with departments for asset monitoring and utilization.

Liaise with auditors by providing relevant schedules and documentation.

Identify and support improvements in asset and reconciliation processes.
