Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management, data analytics, presentations and business case development.

Master’s Degree (Management or any other discipline)

Able to translate business requirements into high level design language.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office specially Excel & PowerPoint & MS Project.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills to be able to advocate/defend his point of view with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints.

Position: Analyst PMO (ERP)

Grade Level: L1

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Analyst PMO- (ERP)?

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ACCA/ACA would be an added advantage

Potential certifications include: Agile, LEAN Six Sigma, Prosci, CBPA

Approximately 3+ years of related work experience as PMO for end-to-end ERP (Oracle / SAP) full life cycle implementation.

Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of stakeholders, at all levels

Ability to formulate and articulate questions to facilitate a quick understanding of finance processes

Exhibit excellent teamwork & collaboration

Position: Expert Contact Center Ops & Experience Management
