Position: Manager Sales (Azizabad Karachi)


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the sales team members.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed to ensure targets are met.
Stay informed about the latest telecom products, services, and technologies.
Provide ongoing training to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer support to align strategies and goals.
Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer needs and market trends.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telecom sales or a related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry, products, and services.
Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and market trends.

Position: Executive BO (Pattoki) – BO (Raiwind)


Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers. Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly and monthly targets by utilizing resources (human, Tools and equipment) for best customer experience.
Enhance network in potential/dry areas to ensure the rehabilitation of faulty network.
Ensure end to end process of providing new high-quality installations of phone Connection to customers, in smooth & trouble-free manner.


Meet PSTN, broadband and IPTV sales target.
Ensure Marketing in potential for Sale enhancement.
Monitor timely and proper rectification of complaints (MTTR, MTTP) and Accurate Mapping of NEs.
Conduct monthly meeting about progress review of MTTR, Repeat, Denial, MTTP, CHI, revenue and gross sale.
Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement.
Co-ordinate with other agencies to protect and safeguard the PTCL Network during development activities.
Support Development Wing in Rehabilitation of DC under rehab projects.
Propose new potential areas for MSAG/dry areas and propose MSAGs for LLC.
Ensure Jointing of underground and aerial cable and testing of newly commissioned OSP network.
Planning to handle underground cable faults under prioritized schedule.
Perform Data cleansing and mapping.
Ensure periodic training of relevant field staff on quality of installation and fault rectification.
Ensure Maintenance of underground cables, renovation of local loops.


Bachelor’s Degree.
