Position: Executive Operations (Lahore)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Maintain PTCL business operations to ensure business enhancement and profit maximization. This involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maintenance of network elements/assets.

Assist in the expansion of Network for smooth operations and optimum revenue generation.

Assist in planning of network optimization and rehabilitation to ensure customer retention & MTTR at nominal level

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Coordinate with customers & different public departments/contractors e.g. provisional bills to NHA/C&W/Contractors to compensate our damages.

Support by providing analysis-based reports e.g. breakdown report, repeated customers report, etc.

Assist the rehabilitation of Primary & secondary OSP network for optimum utilization.

Managing a diverse team of CSRs, CPEIs, & TPEIs and Supervise new sales & up-selling

Administering quality installations and configure / troubleshoot faults in case of outages and customer faults with minimum Mean Time to Repair.

Utilize Portals like CRM, MAXIMO, Oracle BI on MicroStrategy Dashboard on daily basis for smooth running of Business Operation activities.

Ensure security and safety of Team, Hand holes, PVC ducts and cables.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

QUALIFICATION

MBA / BE (Electronics) / MS (Telecom Engg.) from HEC recognized university.

Certified in Production & Inventory Management will be a plus.

EXPERIENCE

Experience in the field of Telecommunication & Project Management.

Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.

Position: Senior Manager Solutions Design & Delivery (Islamabad)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for developing PTCL’s strength in designing, delivering & supporting SI/ICT portfolio for enterprise customers and develop alliances with OEMs & delivery partners to enhance and diversify design & delivery portfolio.

Be responsible for development & deployment of solutions to cater SI/ICT requirements multiple industry verticals.

Work with internal stakeholders (IT, Tech, Finance, Procurement, Operations) for smooth customer design, delivery & support process to ensure customer’s trust on PTCL’s SI/ICT product portfolio with respect to design & delivery.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Define in-sourcing and out-sourcing strategy based on the company strength.

Coordinate with internal procurement, IT team and external partners to procure necessary hardware, software, and services for solution implementation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Enhance Customer satisfaction level (enchase PTCL score in TRIM and other surveys).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Telecommunication/Computer Science / Information Technology or an allied field of Engineering.

Experience:

8+ Years of working experience in large Telco/SI environment with proven track record of working on large scale projects.

Protection of optical fiber cables. Liaison with civic agencies and optical fiber cable operators to avoid cable cuts.

Restoration of links within minimum possible time in case of cable cut

To ensure updating of optical fiber cable network on GIS portal by fulfilling all formalities. Moreover, to have cable network drawings updated whenever any change in network occurs.

To secure network proactively where dev activities are going on by civic agencies and telecom/cable operators.

To prepare estimate to get capital cost bill from the agency carrying out dev activity along the fiber cable route. To get pre deposit amount against submitted capital cost bill by continuous follow up.

To ensure that the team caters for safety measures to avoid any fatal incident during cable protection/restoration activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

1. Qualification

Professional degree in Electrical, Telecom, CS, Software Engineering, from a well reputed institution
