Role Description

We are looking for a Store General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store located in Lahore with flexibility for some remote work. The Store General Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, employee development, cost and inventory control as well as the store’s overall profitability. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a large retail store, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to adapt to rapidly changing business conditions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
5-7 years of experience managing a large retail store, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Experience developing and motivating a high-performance team environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing retail industry.
Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite experience.
