Job Description:  

Role & Responsibilities:

Handling daily activities for the accounts payable function.

Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Process general reconciliations, account disbursements, and adjust vendor invoices.

Prepare manual receipt as and when required.

Booking admin general expenses.

Maintenance & reconciliation of advances to vendors.

Maintain 3rd Party services payment schedule.

Assist to line manager in daily work & during audits.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably at multinational or renowned local companies.

Must have bachelor’s degree in related field.

Possess a positive mindset and flexible with a can-do attitude.

Must have interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software. Apply
