Job Description:  

Borjan is expanding and looking for passionate professionals to join our team and meet our new challenges

To provide cost-effective maintenance for civil, mechanical, HVACs, surveillance, power backup units, contractual and non-contractual maintenance

To lead a team of renovation and maintenance resources towards effective collaborations and attainment of goals.

Respond to work delays and address to other problems and emergencies

Select, hire, and instruct laborers and subcontractors

Market Visits and finalization of measurements & material quality

Responsible for planning to prevent renovation issues on site before they occur

Frequent market surveys to explore new materials, proposal submission, and implementation to ensure cost-effectiveness while improving the quality.

Preparing & execution of estimates, budgets, and work timelines

To propose new ideas for interior – exterior design.

To work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists
