Job Description:  

Project Name:-  Prime Minister’s National Innovation Award

Qualification & Experience:-

• First class Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years) in Management Sciences/Business Administration/ Master of Public Administration, Information and Technology/Computer Sciences/ / Engineering and Technology.
• The incumbent shall be specialist in Project Management with Eight (08) years minimum experience in corporate and academics institutes in managerial capacity to plan, implement, execute, and maintain project on national level including three (3) years’ experience in running or managing startups and at least two (02) years of relevant experience at the national or international level in program implementation and management, monitoring and evaluation of business incubation center.

Age:-  55 Years 

Pay Package: - Project Pay Scale (PPS-10), Rs. 437,500/- p.m., (All inclusive)

 “Experience” means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.”

• Applicants are required to apply online through https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No need to send hard copy of C.V. and documents. The TORs of the position are available at HEC website hec.gov.pk;
• The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee will not be considered/counted as experience. The selected candidate can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
• Interview of eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar).   
• Application processing fee @ Rs. 600/- may be deposited in the online A/C No. 17427900133401 of HEC maintained  for the purpose  in Habib Bank Ltd. and receipt may be uploaded on the HEC website https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
• Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. Five (05) years general age relaxation already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
• HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
• Applicants are required to submit their applications within 15 days from the date of publication. Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.

Note:- Earlier advertisement dated 19.09.2021, post of Project Director (PPS-10) at Sr.# i under the project “Kamyab Jawan Innovation League (KJIL), Prime Minister’s Youth Program” renamed as “Prime Minister’s National Innovation Award” published in newspaper is treated as cancelled/withdrawn.
