Job Purpose:

Building talent pipelines and a repository of sourcing resources for future staffing needs to meet the organization's talent needs proactively and effectively

Responsibilities

Manager Sourcing is responsible for the sourcing of all materials, goods, and services required by Bank Alfalah Limited. The Manager Sourcing will work closely with the Head of Procurement to develop and implement strategies that will ensure the efficient and cost-effective procurement of all goods and services required by the bank. The Manager Sourcing will be responsible for the management of supplier relationships, the negotiation of contracts, and the delivery of goods and services in accordance with the bank's requirements.

Establish business unit talent acquisition strategies to ensure the delivery of good quality talent pipelines needed to meet current and future business needs

Collaborate with talent acquisition team to develop, identify and execute searches and recruitment strategies, including sourcing candidates, conducting screening and interviews.

Shortlisting candidates based on the job profile/requirements, based on assessing different competencies such as technical, cultural fit etc.

Partner with talent acquisition team to support annual talent acquisition plan with supportive and proactive talent pipeline.

Develop an applicant database in order to drive out statistics for Senior Management

Provide ongoing feedback to the talent acquisition team around competition and market conditions when required.

Research and create innovative and resourceful strategies to attract the best candidates, using a variety of resources including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruitment databases, employee referrals, networking and attending career fairs.

 Requirements for the Manager Sourcing

Bank Alfalah Limited is looking for a Manager Sourcing to support the business in sourcing and procuring the goods and services it needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bank or other financial institution, and will be familiar with the procurement process and banking regulations. They should also be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills and an ability to build relationships with suppliers.

The requirements for the Manager Sourcing are as follows:

-A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field

-A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a bank or other financial institution

-Familiarity with the procurement process and banking regulations

-Strong negotiation skills

-Ability to build relationships with suppliers

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Has an understanding of Banking

Strong decision-making skills
