Pakistan is a developing country facing the worst environmental issues in the world due to the increasing population, industrialization, and construction of big cities. Rapid urbanization and the emission of greenhouse gases have led to climate change. In order to combat climate change, the Government of Pakistan established the Ministry of Climate Change. The Ministry is mandated to deal with climate change. The current issue of the climate crisis is getting more urgent with each passing day. Pakistan is one of the highly vulnerable countries to the impacts of climate change. Climate change has affected Pakistan more than any other country in the world. Natural hazards like droughts, floods, and glacial lake outburst floods have significantly increased in frequency and intensity.
