Seeking profiles for “Compliance Analyst ”. The incumbent is primarily responsible to ensure that the compliance policies, frameworks, processes, and procedures as well as compliance plans are executed and continuously improved. Monitor all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management system to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards. Additionally, s/he is also responsible for assisting the branches in fulfilling the AML / CFT documentation requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

- To assist the Compliance Head in the effective implementation of the Compliance Monitoring program.

- To assist the Compliance Head in responding to internal and external queries from regulatory agencies and prepare an appropriate response for review.     

- To assist the relevant Departments/Branches in carrying out Know Your Customer (KYC), Due Diligence, and ongoing monitoring duties.

- To review and maintain a record of STRs and report the same to the Compliance Head.

- To maintain records of inquiries made by and the Company’s responses submitted to the Regulators or LEAs.

- To maintain records of AML/CFT and other regulatory /mandatory training received by staff and agents.

- To maintain records of all reports filed to the regulators.

Other Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AML/KFC Compliance.

BBA/ACCA/MBA preferably in Finance; professional certification related to AML/CFT Compliance is a plus.

Strong communication skills.

Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.

Strong MS Office skills.
