Position:
Manager (RF Optimization) Lahore
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain & Improve the KPIs of the network.
Managing the Investigative Drive tests in the areas having poor KPIs as identified by the BSS team on regular basis.
Managing the Cluster Optimization activities by the regional team including DT Route selection, Pre and Post DT run and Analysis of the Cluster Optimization Drive tests.
Generation of cluster optimization reports and keeping a track of improvements.
Management of WLL Network Database and updating the Antenna parameters after each cluster / Single Site optimization activity.
Managing the compliance of Key Performance Indicators of voice and data network, such as: CSSR CDR , HSR, SH Ratio etc
Arranging and performing (if required) Routine and Issue based Drive Testing
Handling issues with vendors as per PTCL requirements.
Spectrum Scanning & Removal of interference source with coordination with FAB.
Management of the RF Optimization Team.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT or Telecommunication) from a reputable HEC recognized institute.
Experience
Must have an experience of 3 - 5 years in the related role
