ICI Pakistan Ltd is hiring a Maintenance Officer (Mechanical) for its Soda Ash business, based in Khewra.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring compliance of HSE&S procedures and skill improvement plans in Powerhouse Maintenance.

· Developing sound knowledge and an expertise in Routine Maintenance and Overhauling of rotary equipment, including Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, Compressors and Steam Turbines.

· Effectively utilising the maintenance teams and other resources.

· Forming and executing maintenance regimes and Root Cause Failure Analysis.

· Maintaining inventory of spares for critical machines (Pumps, Gears, Turbines and Compressors) to meet targetted equipment availability.

· Effectively utilising Capex and CRE (Revenue expenditure, Inventory and Manpower Overtime).

· Executing improvement projects.

 

 Other Skills:

· Multitasking and ability to manage various teams at a time.

· Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and Outlook etc.

· Sound knowledge of Engineering standards and codes.
