We are looking for a seasoned HR professional, responsible for fair, consistent and transparent service standards. Design and deliver multi-facet people centricity and best employee experience systems & processes covering Employee Life Cycle Management and Facility Services domains.

  • Review, Develop and Implement end to end employee experience journey based on customer centricity and self-service principles.
  • Strategize and implement Operational Excellence by optimizing end-to-end HR service delivery business processes that includes all transactions pertaining to the entire employee Lifecycle
  • Design and adopt agile service delivery frameworks for all regular transactions that include monthly Payroll and Benefits Administration, Onboarding, employee Promotions, Discipline, resignations, Travel, leaves, Retirement etc.
  • Develop, rollout and monitor work layout principles in alignment with PTCL group culture guidelines.
  • Define and implement facilities management system (technology enabled framework) delivered at highest service level.
  • Develop and implement Service level agreement amongst all stakeholders
  • Define, implement, and report insights on People and Organization Service delivery standards and ensure all policies / rules / legal compliances
  • Develop and rollout programs for employees and facility services explicit knowledge management including physical data files, digital archiving, online updated databases & reporting tools etc.
  • Develop People and Organization digitalization roadmap and ensure implementation of the same
  • Develop and monitor People services budget and align with corporate budgeting process
