Positions: Department Head Debit Cards

Job Purpose:

To provide product and process support towards Debit Card Issuance and profitability via effective strategy, team management, new product additions & technology enhancement to achieve overall Digital Banking goals.

Job Description:

Achieve fee income by identifying new sources of fee income, pricing and reducing fee leakage and Build cost discipline

Launch new variants of Debit Card to cover various customer segments

Increase Debit Cards activation and achieve budgeted CIF portfolio

Build a model for achieving budget numbers of Issuance

Review Debit Card processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Implement value added initiatives to improve service standards and customer service

Work with all functions of the bank to deliver end-to-end customer experience on the debit card business

Provide multiple channels to the customer for Debit Card activation

Audit, compliance and risk assessment ongoing basis

Maintain a strict vigilance to ensure no control breach takes place

Develop, engage & succession planning

Location: Karachi & Lahore

Education: Masters/MBA Degree

Experience: 9 – 10 years of banking experience
