What is Expert Channel Development Role
Expert channel development is responsible for developing channel sales, DFS & GSM planning, annual business plan targets, demand planning /target distribution, and governance among regional sales units.
The role reports directly to Manager Channel Development with an extended team of 8 team members.

- Plan and manage the annual sales plan for all DFS & GSM products
- Product planning of DFS and route to market strategy for DFS products
- Responsible for DFS & GSM sales KPI growth strategy and channel growth
- New Initiatives/Retail development and execution plan for DFS & GSM business
- Work closely with the regional sales team and internal stakeholder management
- Ensuring growth in the new and existing alternate delivery channels for GSM
- Onboarding New ADC partners, assigning targets, and evaluating performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in channel planning/business development roles
- Must have strong business acumen
- Experience in stakeholder management and strong negotiation skills
- Analytics thinking and strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
