We are hiring for the position of: Assistant Manager IT – Systems Analyst


Qualification:- Minimum Education – Bachelor’s Degree


Minimum Experience:- Minimum 3-5 Years


Responsibilities include:
- To support all Midrange to Enterprise level technologies i.e. Server, Storage etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and timely resolution
- Timely escalations and principle engagement
- Maintain efficient reporting
- To attend technology sessions/technical trainings and accomplish certifications i.e. Storage, Virtualization, Microsoft, Cloud
- Physical layer troubleshooting i.e. cable patching and installation
- Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades
- Administer and Troubleshoots network issues
- Continuous improvement for network optimization
- To Participate / attend-In-House Labs / tech sessions with Team
- To maintain disciplined, honest behavior and follow standard work ethics.
