Role
- ASM is responsible to develop the market by ensuring product availability and visibility.
Main Accountabilities
- To achieve budgeted sales revenue by formulating sales plans and aligning with marketing plans
- To achieve agreed sales targets and extend guidance to all territory sales staff
- To maintain minimum stock level of all products with distributors and also monitor distributors and providing sales data to managers
- To ensure product delivery on time to customer
- To ensure product availability and visibility
- To assist, coach and motivate salesmen to satisfy shop keepers.
