Fatima Group is hiring for HRBP for Fatima Fertilizer Plant Site, Sadiqabad.
Department Description: This position is responsible for development of Plant HR strategy parallel to current and midterm business plans. Prepares implementation plans to execute HR OD strategy through various change management initiatives. Acts as an internal consultant and Coaches & guides Plant Management regarding appropriate organizational structure (organogram) & Talent Management issues. Collaborates with COE Team to contribute in HR Strategic Projects as & when assigned. Ensures seamless execution of HR Operation. Monitors compliance & implementation of Company HR Policies and promotes culturally rich working environment. These responsibilities are carried out with the objective to ensure a highly engaged workforce in a high performance culture, enable a learning environment, help in contributing employee efficiency and alignment with Fatima Group business objectives within the limits of corporate policies & procedures, regulatory framework of Pakistan and industry best practices.
Qualification: MBA or MHRM from HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years relevant experience. Apply
