Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of VAS revenues by working on new verticals / initiatives
• Manage the gaming content domain as primary responsibility plus other new digital services in secondary domain
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements
• Coordinate and conduct cross functional meetings with all stakeholders for all ongoing projects
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes
• Project management, risk assessment associated with a project and maintaining project plan
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or similar domain

Work Experience:

Candidate should hold a minimum of 4 years of experience in VAS, Commercial, or similar domain, preferably in a team lead role, possessing exposure & expertise in the following areas:

• Knowledge of mobile business models across different digital content verticals such as video, music, gaming etc.
• Ability to build strong relationships with External stakeholders/ partners & Internal Teams: Finance, Marketing, Tech, Sales, PD, Legal
• Experience managing business analytics & reporting of product portfolio.
• Has been involved in working with digital marketing teams to ensure user engagement and retention
• Project management, communication, cross-functional team management.
• Has worked with app management, marketing and analytics platforms like Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Ad Platforms, Big Query, Microsoft Office and Power BI
• to build new digital services and grow them in to successful businesses.
• Self-starter, a go-getter and is comfortable working/dealing with ambiguities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think creatively and be data-driven about complex issues, and develop and execute on impactful recommendations and action plans.
