Prospective employee will be determined on the below requirements;
- Master’s in Business or Equivalent with 1-2 years of retail operations/marketing experience preferably in FMCGs
- Relevant PR in Private land developers and be able to use site finding tools like RTZ (Retail trade zone surveys), traffic counting, feasibility analysis of particular area/site & market mapping tools
- Strong presentation & negotiation skills with a strong analytical sense on future development
- A firm grasp on legal contracts & corporate deals
