Education:
Candidates who are willing to apply must have an education related to Daycare. Also, having certificates of First Aid, Child Development Assistant, Child Development Worker, and Emergency Child Care First Aid/ CRP certificates. Must have good spoken skills in the English language.
Experience:
The applicants must have 1 to 2 years of working experience of teaching kids/ children etc. So, the company gives more preference to experience holders.
Requirements & Duties:
The people must have;
- Familair with all latest teaching methadologies & skills to engage class
- Vast knowledge to taught toddler to pre-school kids i.e 1 to 3 years of age
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Give interpersonal awareness to kids
- Should be punctual & showing relaibility to his work
- Deal with parents of students & arrange meetings to discuss students activities
- Main focus to take attention of kids & give some moral values
- Ability to manage time & give proper output
