Position: National Customer Support Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing SOPs for national-level inventory management.
- Case creation and building process flow for the CS department.
- Utilizing SAP (service module) for inventory movement, procurement, and invoicing.
- Apply SAP- JIRA integration for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Inter and Intra departmental coordination with supply chain, assembly line, operations, and NOC teams.
- Support National Customer Support team in daily tasks.
Education: Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree (BSC/B.Com/ BBA) preferably BBA
Experience: Fresh to 6 months of experience
Location: Islamabad
