Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Preferred Masters’ Degree
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in operations preferably from Insurance or banking
Skills : Candidates should have excellent communications skills & MS office skills

Job Duties:

• Coordination with HBL Bank, Underwriting Department, Sales Team
• New Cases Submission & Issuance
• Maintaining PSSM (Pre-Sales & Services MIS)
• Complaints management related to pre-sales
• New Policy Documents & PDR (Policy Document Receipts) Submission
• FLP Cancellations process
• Cancellation /Claim /Persistency cheques
• Late sittings on Monthly Closings are required – Need Based
• Visit to Underwriting for cases’ /requirements’ clearance – Need Based
• Any other tasks given by Manager
