Grade: Assistant Manager
Qualification: MBA or Bs. Computer Sciences
Experience: 5+ years of experience in relevant field. Well versed with Remittance Systems and related technologies
Reports to: Senior Manager Payment Services
- Should possess a thorough knowledge of international remittance business/service
- To be adept with latest SBP regulations/guidelines for efficient product design related to international remittance
- Has experience of coordinating with MTO tie-ups
- Conduct market research, product analytics, and assessment of domestic & related economies remittance landscape
- Develop and/or participate in developing a compelling business solution to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Draft business requirements document encompassing design, development and pricing and life cycle of the product
- Devise processes, solutions, and propose enhancements for business process re-engineering
- Work with customers and cross-functional teams for implementing project plans and product roll-out
- Good communication, interpersonal, technical and team management.
